青岛农业大学中心实验X射线多晶衍射仪购置于2013年,价值120万。该仪器配备X射线高压发生器(额定电压60 kV,额定电流60 mA),陶瓷X光管和Cu靶,θ/θ测角仪垂直放置,LynxEye一维阵列探测器、相应分析软件及国际粉末衍射数据库。可有效快速的进行物相鉴定、混合物物相比较、结晶度和晶粒度测定、物相半定量和定量分析、晶胞参数等测试分析工作,具有制样简便、不需要特别的样品前处理等特点;适用于化学、药物、材料、农林、化工、环境、生化、矿物、地质、冶金、半导体等领域物质的分析鉴定和监控。
自2013年安装至今,X射线多晶衍射仪为我校科研做出了较大贡献,特别为化学与药学院的龚良玉、李峰、师进生、宋祖伟、王进平、葛磊、李海银、唐斯甫、郝龙、韩磊;食品科学与工程学院的孙庆杰、陈海华、肖军霞;资环学院的辛言君、马东、崔春月、昌晶;建工学院的李秋义等老师们的科研提供了较大的技术支撑。在满足校内科研需求的基础上,积极服务社会,为山东海利尔化工有限公司提供科研数据。据不完全统计,我校师生利用本中心实验室多晶衍射仪发表SCI文章近百篇,下表为收集的部分科研文章,按SCI影响因子的高低进行排序。
